Brady vs. Vick? Who should get the green light?

I may be making this tougher than I should but I have Brady and Vick. Brady is my starter but now that Branch and Givens are gone, I don't know much about the other receivers. Vick, well we know what he can do but who would you go with?

Right now I'd definately give the nod to Vick. Brady is my only QB right now and I'm about to pick Brad Johnson up off the waiver wire to use instead. Brady cost me a W last week. Not again.

I think that you take Brady and dont look back. He always bounces back from a poor outing and this will be no different. The Jets D sucks! I keep hearing that without Branch he is going to have his TDs drop, but Branch had only 5. Brady will bounce back, go to the bank on that!

Brady. I love hearing how after one week everyone jumps ship. Stick with Mr. Consistent. Play Brady.

I'd be inclined to go Vick. Nothing against Brady, but during all of preseason, as well as Week 1, the Pats look like they have made the shift to being a run-first team.

 

For example, the Pats ran 41 run plays last week: only two teams ran more. And the Pats threw the ball just 23 times: only 4 teams threw less.

 

Brady is a great QB. But unless he's actually, you know, *throwing* the ball he's not going to be great for fantasy. Given that you have another viable starting option, I'd say use him until Brady demonstrates that he's is, in fact, viable for fantasy.
