Fence Post
12 team league, Draft was a month ago. I drafted Domanick Davis as my #2 back. LJ is #1. I don't have a clear #2 RB right now. League is a performance league (TD=6, 20yd rec/rush=1pt, .1pt per reception). We start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF. Another team has offered me Willie Parker for Chris Chambers. I turned it down initially but he still has interest in making this trade. I know Week 3 is going to be real rough...but I think Chambers has more upside than Parker...esp now that it sounds like Najeh is getting all the short yard stuff. There are no backup RBs/Sleepers available on the waiver wire...and the situation is similar for WRs. The best way to help my RB situation is via trade...here are our Rosters... MINE Culpepper, Daunte MIA QB Griese, Brian CHI QB McNair, Steve BAL QB Barlow, Kevan NYJ RB Bennett, Michael KCC RB Benson, Cedric CHI RB Hicks, Maurice SFO RB Johnson, Larry KCC RB Toefield, Labrandon JAC RB Chambers, Chris MIA WR Driver, Donald GBP WR Evans, Lee BUF WR Jackson, Darrell SEA WR Lloyd, Brandon WAS WR Welker, Wes MIA WR HIS Brooks, Aaron OAK QB (P) Delhomme, Jake CAR QB Pennington, Chad NYJ QB Alexander, Shaun SEA RB Buckhalter, Correll PHI RB Gore, Frank SFO RB Morris, Maurice SEA RB Parker, Willie PIT RB Pearman, Alvin JAC RB Taylor, Fred JAC RB Branch, Deion SEA WR Gabriel, Doug NEP WR (P) Moss, Randy OAK WR Taylor, Travis MIN WR Williams, Roy DET WR DO I reject the trade and hope that Barlow/Benson will be worthwile? Or Do I accept it and hope the difference Willie Parker makes is greater than the loss of Chambers? Any opinions would be helpful... U need a rb and he will be a good one for rest of year.Drop toefiels and hicks and add some wr's from waivers.

Gros Membres!
You know what, I think I'd do it. You have a nice corps of WRs, even without Chambers. Play the wire some and you should be just fine. Otherwise, you can really sit back and enjoy your RB production much more than relying on the inconsistent playmaking of Culpepper to Chambers. I'd do it.

Fence Post
Ok... So he offered me Willie Parker straight up for Chris Chambers again...but I'm not so sure now... I get the sense that Willie won't be nearly as good as he was projected and Chambers will come around when Daunte does... Need lots of input here...the other owner wants to make this deal for this weekends games... HELP!
LooGie
How many time do you want to hear it? JESUS DUDE. MAKE THE TRADE!!!!!!!! stop wasting your time waiting around. Take the trade. You obviously spent alot of 3-6 rounds picks on WRs, so use them and get a 2nd round RB.
LooGie
and for the record, he wants this trade to go through for the games this weekend because it favors him heavily. I predict a VERY NICE game for Chambers. However, PIT will try to establish the run and Parker will be just fine against CIN. God make the trade already, before he changes his mind... You need at least one starting RB for this weekends games.
