Trade Offer--should I accept

I have M.Barber, McGahee, Portis/Betts, Droughns

 

Other team has J.Jones

 

He has offered me:

J.Jones, Cutler (I have Plummer), and choice of B.Engram, D.Givens, T.Williamson

for

McGahee, C.Frye, E.Parker

 

Looking at schedules--Julius Jones has the easier schedule than McGahee and is on a better team--

BUT, J.Jones might lose a few carries here and there, where McGahee probably will not---

 

Please advise---trying to make a decision

If you can get him with T. Williamson I do the trade. I like Williamson's upside and I think that JJ wil have a solid year.
