slimshady31
Fellow huddlers, As a (cough) Raider homer myself, it looks to be a long year for the silver and black (your honor, I'd like to admit evidence A vs. SD Chargers and B. vs. Bmore Ravens)... Anyways, despite my team's suffering, say it ain't so that Randy Moss has become a bench player for me. I spent my 3rd overall pick on him thinking they at least find a way to get him involved in the offense 10-12 times a game, but that's out the window. I got him to high to trade his *ss while his value is shot, but does anyone really see a light at the end of the tunnel
aterry1979
I'm with you on that one. I drafted him as one of my double picks as the last person of the round(along with Torry Holt whos not showin much of himself either). He has too much talent to be ignored and benched so im going to go down with the ship at the end. Granted, I did lose this week because of him as if he did anything he has potential of, I couldve possibly won. But, the qb change during the game was huge because he was targeted almost every pass, even though it was incomplete. After the bye week this week, they will be playing easier defenses that wont be so aggressive. Thats one of the main reasons I drafted him because the ease of schedule was up there. So to me thats my "light" at the end of the tunnel.

Hanson Brothers
Slimshady, never draft based on being a fan of any team, period! Do not get “token” players... After watching preseason anyone could see the Raiders are in for a Loooooooooooong season. I know a lot of people in this forum were all high on Lamont and maybe to some degree Moss. Where are they now?????? Moss is maybe a 4th wideout if your roster goes 4 deep otherwise he should be traded and get what you can for him. The Raiders along with Detroitlett are horrible, oh, throw in Titans as well. Any players (starters) from those three teams and your chances of winning it all are slim to none. Make moves while some people are still dilutional or maybe think some of these guys will “Pan-out”.
Shorttynaz
I can understand why people are low on Moss. If there is any fantasy value on that team, it's him (I'm sorry if you have him, but Jordan is highly overrated). I mean look at the 2 games the Raiders have played. They played against (IMO) a top 10 defense in San Diego, and last week against arguably the best defense in the league. Their offensive line so far looks like by far the worst in the league. But I have a STRONG feeling that Art Shell will not allow this to keep going on. I mean there's not much he can do, but if it means pulling a starter and replacing him with a backup who wants to get in there every week and make a name for himself, then I see it comming. Moss will be fine. He won't ever be the Moss that he was in MN, but I feel that he will be a strong #2 before long. Look at their schedule and tell me otherwise. Bye week in week 3; at HOME against Cleveland in week 4 @ San Fransisco in week 5; @ Denver (iffy) in week 6; and at HOME against Arizona in week 7. He will come around.. Stay patient!!!
