CardinalEmpire.com
Loading up on running backs in the middle rounds of a 9-team league draft, I built up some nice depth but failed to get a game changer in the bunch. I really want to upgrade at RB1 and not waste someone between Gore, Chester Taylor, and Dillon every week, so I am thinking about targeting the LT2 owner with the offer above. Am I just panicking about Miami and C-Pepp's horrible play to start the year? Would the other guy even take this offer? Can Brown still be a Top 5-10 back if the QB stinks? Please check my roster and let me know your thoughts. We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 DEF every week. QB - Carson Palmer, Kurt Warner RB - Ronnie Brown, Frank Gore, Chester Taylor, Corey Dillon WR - Torry Holt, Chad Johnson, Reggie Brown, Troy Williamson, Deion Branch TE - Randy McMichael, Vernon Davis K - Neil Rackers DEF - Chicago, Seattle His RB's beyond LT2 are only Deshaun Foster (losing job to Williams?), Brandon Jacobs, and Thomas Jones. msmith379
Since you only start 1 RB I would not do this if I was giving up Lt. But in my league where we start 2 RBs I just traded away Palmer and McGahee for LT. With the Flex position though you may be able to get him to do it. Who does he have for Wrs? You may have to throw in one of your WRs too. I hope that helps.
Robash
i think mullroneys potential and play so far kills this deal...im pretty sure id turn it down
tonorator
dillon has an injury question mark hanging over his head right now, so i'd be surprised if anyone would be excited about trading for him. give the deal a shot, but if the other guy is smart, he will turn you down. with chester and gore and brown, you are not that bad at RB ... don't panic. and start starting williamson over brown at WR. CardinalEmpire.com
We only HAVE to start 2 WR's, so Chad Johnson and Torry Holt are all I need. The others are injury/bye week fillers. His WR's are TO, Reggie Wayne, Housh, and Terry Glenn. His QB's are Bulger and Delhomme. In short, he has injury/performance issues at every position. I'm gonna give this a go... wish me luck.
bent1969
LT owner wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pool. dillon is on his way out and r.brown is good but isn't no LT
