Looking for anyone w/ experience w/ the s/w. It seems to have a small footprint and still cover what the other 2 bloated s/w progs do!

I'm running a test right now on my LT. So far.....so good!

Opinions???? Experiences????

Let me know. :D

Interesting article. Those guys seem to like it...but BitDefender is only an anti-virus software, not anti-spyware...unless I am totally missing something. I bought BitDefender and will load it on my computer when I reformat my drives or buy a Raptor.

According to their site it DOES do Spyware also:

http://www.bitdefender.com/PRODUCT-2145-en...ivirus-v10.html

That's why I went w/ it.

My guess is that a dedicated program for spyware is better than an add on to an anti-virus program. ZoneAlarm has spyware capability but I ain't gonna be relying just on that.

What are we talking for price here rockn? (Too lazy to froogle.)

$39.95 for 2 years & 2 users. Click the link above and see if you agree.

True, but when they include it, it's hard to turn off, and they bump into one another. (SS & NAV)

It seems, so far, that it is very aggressive against cookies. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing, as the accept/reject pop-up was coming fast and furious for the first few minutes after install.
