strictly
Start 2 RB, 3 WR and 1 Flex (RB or WR). Current lineup is: Barber, McGahee, F. Gore, Deangelo Williams, Chris Brown, Laurence Maroney, Mike Bell Torry Holt, Roy Williams, Driver, Rod Smith, Michael Jenkins Someone has offered me Andre Johnson for Deangelo Williams. While I think Deangelo will turn into a solid fantasy RB this season, I feel like I have plenty of RBs (especially with Gore's performance thus far) to make up for the lost potential. Plus, I think I'd rather start Andre Johnson over Roy Williams. Thoughts?
Hugh 0ne
Yeah, I'd start Johnson over Williams 9 times out of 10. If this is a keeper league, I probably wouldn't do it because Williams could end up being a fantasy stud in the coming years, but if it's a redraft, and with the RBBC in Carolina, and the fact that you have the RB depth to handle it, and the fact that you need WR's, I'd do it. And I like run-on sentences.
Endzone
I would try to package say Mike Bell, Chris Brown or a 2 for 1 deal to land me Andre or someone better. You're deep at RB but I believe Deangelo and Maroney will take over the starting RB by mid season and into the next year. By then you could get tier 1 WR trade for them
