jive1
12 team performance league Roster is: QB - T. Green, A. Smith RB - S. Jackson, J. Lewis, F. Taylor, K. Jones, M. Jones-Drew WR - R. Moss, D. Driver, D. Mason, T. Williamson, M. Jenkins K - D. Akers, J. Hall D - PIT, ATL I have been offered a trade that includes trading Randy Moss for Antonio Bryant. Here's the whole deal: I trade Randy Moss, Kevin Jones, and PIT D I get Antonio Bryant, Wali Lundy and CHI D Personally, I wouldn't mind trading Moss just so I could watch a better team playing on Sunday. Watching OAK is harsh, and I dunno if they will ever get their act together. Any thoughts?
Big Country
hmm.. downgrade at RB, call it a wash at D, and trade a proven, albeit inconsistent stud for the flavor of the month, who admittedly has a lot of talent but until the last two weeks has done nothing with it. I don't like the deal personally. Looks like the typical sell low on the stud and buy high on the dud and in the process give up a real starting RB for a RBBC waiting to happen
Pack04
I wouldn't do it
wildbluefan
Me neither ! I don't see enough in return !
giantsfan
I may do Moss for Bryant straight up as I just don't see Moss on that team turning it around, and news flash Moss hasn't been Moss for 2 or 3 years now. But that is a maybe and Moss is still worth more on name value. But no way I do that AND give him a RB upgrade to boot. Say no, take the RB's out, and see if you could get Bryant and a little bump for Moss. Edited September 19, 2006 by giantsfan
gagooey36
I think you'd get the short end of the deal. See if the other guy would sweeten the offer. No way would I trade for Lundy
jive1
The other guy has Droughns, Cadillac, Lundy and Henry as his backs, so he's hurting in that department. I think I'm gonna try and do Moss for Bryant, or Kevin Jones for Bryant.
jive1
Here's his roster: QB - Hasselbeck, Rivers RB - Cadillac, Droughns, Lundy, Henry WR - Fitzgerald, Chambers, Bryant, Keyshawn, Bruce K - Tynes, Koenen D - CHI, PHI Here's mine after waivers: QB - T. Green, A. Smith, R Grossman RB - S. Jackson, J. Lewis, F. Taylor, K. Jones, R. Dayne WR - R. Moss, D. Driver, D. Mason, T. Williamson, M. Colston K - D. Akers, J. Hall D - PIT, ATL Latest trade deal I offered to him was Jamal Lewis and Randy Moss for Antonio Bryant and Cadillac Williams. That way I still retain depth at RB, while getting a more productive WR (for at least the short term). We'll see if he bites.
