I generally agree with this approach as well ... but for some reason I have not included this in these rules

 

 

 

Here is another Rule for every Fantasy League that is a MUST HAVE!!!! I cut and pasted directly, feel free to use it!!!

 

Armaments, chapter two, verses nine to twenty-one.

The rules were set and the scoring setup should reflect this. Any errors in the setup should be fixed to reflect the rules and scoring corrected retroactively.

 

But since it was not noticed until this season, it should only be for this year to avoid opening a hugh can of worms.

1B: treat every game this season by the same set of rules, those written (?) down. Take it on a season by season basis: last season and everything before is done, but this season is still going. And yeah, if this had happened in week 10 I'd say go back and sort out the previous weeks. Players should be able to play in a league, trust the system and be supported by the rules, not feel obliged to double check everything single thing.

Correct weeks 1 and 2 giving my team and another team a loss

 

Unless you have a rule that requires commissioners to sign off each week. The rule would state that a commissioner can not go back into previous weeks and make any scoring changes. In the 2 leagues I run we do not use a rule like that, so i would go back and award the correct points. It's part of fantasy football.
