asabban@comcast.net
i want to see what you guys think here: which QB? can only start 1: Hasselbeck vs Rams or Air McNair vs Browns or A. Smith vs. Eagles which RB? can only start 2: Parker vs Bengals or DeAngelo Williams vs. Bucs or Caddy vs. Panther or Rhodes vs. Jaguars which TE? can only start 1: D. Clark vs. Vikings or Heath Miller vs. Bengals I'm already starting Chad Johnson and Boldin at WR I'm starting S. Graham at Kicker I'm starting the mighty Ravens Defense I'm leaning towards going with: Hasselbeck, Williams, Caddy, and Miller anyone care to dabble with any suggestions, thoughts, etc...? joker2372
First off, Hasselback is going against the Giants this week, which I predict to be a scoring fest, so I would start hasselback. RB situation i say go with parker definetley, and probably Caddilac and pray he decides not to run like a kitty cat. D. Clark vs MIN

Sam
I'd go with Hassleback at QB. I see the Ravens with the lead and running the ball quite a bit. Tough call between Parker and Williams. I'd probably go with Parker as Williams may still be splitting with Foster. Only a matter of time though before Foster is splitting with Williams. But until that transformation occurs, I think Parker is a safer play right now. I'd go with Miller at TE. The Colts have been using a lot of multiple TE sets and Clark seems to be losing receptions to Utecht Good luck Edit: I just re-read your post and seen you're looking for 2 RB's. In that case I would go with Parker and Williams. Edited September 21, 2006 by Sam

DOES THIS CHANGE ANYONE'S OPINION NOW? I'm still not convinced that Willie Parker is going to do well against the Bengals Defense. I'm beginning to ride the DeAngelo bus and feel like he'll plow through the hapless Bucs Defense. I guess I need more convincing. Dunno. Any other takers? So far, I do agree with giving Hass one more shot at Fantasy Bliss! great matchup! I love my WR's in C.J. and Boldin. I love my kicker(Graham) and L-O-V-E- MY DEFENSE!!! Just need a few more people to bring me over the edge with the decision of which RB to go with, without throwing a goose egg again!!! and which TE. I've started Heath Miller in his big game opening day and I've started Desmond Clark last week. Both produced and scored. So, I did those right. It's all about the matchup! Agree that 'Hawks/Giants could be a high scoring game. Wait a couple on DeAngelo. Rhodes may get a 1 yard TD, but is fading fast. Desmond Clark has blown his wad already, Miller will be blitz control against the Bengals. Good luck this week.
Sam
You're asking for 2 RB's correct? The only other RB to even consider is Caddy. Rhodes shouldn't even play into the decision IMO. He's been outplayed by Addai and will continue to lose carries to him. Caddy's got a bum back, a bad O-line and a not so good QB. He's done nothing yet...I'm not saying he won't. I actually just traded for him and got him fairly cheap, but until he does something positive he's on my bench.

I need two RB's, yes! so far I'm hearing: Hass(agree) Parker(uncertan with play of Ben in abig game- and only getting 26 yards onMNF) Caddy- (im losing touch with him. nothing proven yet) Heath Miller- (somewhat agree-but again, after MNF, not sure if Ben has his rhythm in place) C.J. - definite starter Boldin- def starter Graham- def starter RAVENS D- def..... DeAngelo to me is emerging as a number 1. he's going to take over soon. I just don't see him being any different then Parker and Caddy..in fact he's the only one with the TD.....I don't want to jump the gun here. I want to give Caddy one more chance after all, I kept him along with Parker, C.J. and Boldin in my keeper league.(could only keep 4) any thoughts here?
