CBS is reporting Smith practiced with no ill affects. He very well might play Sun.

 

With that in mind should I pull this offer off the board?

 

I am offering Gates and Smith for Harrison & LJ Smith.

 

 

Would still be best off with the trade?

I think the trade you have out there is close to a wash......really I belive that Gates and LJ Smith will be very similar at the end of the year but give the edge to Gates.

 

Obviously Harrison got a jump on Steve Smith this year and even though Steve may play this week I do not expect HUGE things from him week #1.

 

I give the edge to Harrison on this one so it is really close. You would get Harrison who will produce right away instead of crossing your fingers on Smith for a few weeks.

Pull it off the table, at least for a week. I think Smith will come back and produce similar to Harrison. Gates will get stronger as the season goes on, while LJ started off hot last year and faded quickly even before McNabb was lost. Your at a sell low x-road right now. The value of both of those guys should only go up from here so be patient
