WDIS - R. Bush, DeAngelo, Maroney

I've been starting R. Bush as my second back due to all purpose yardage and it's been paying off for me. However against ATL, it could be tough and you know he'll have a target on him.

DeAngelo, I would hope would take over as the starter in Carolina - however, they play TB.

Maroney, sharing carries in NE, they play Denver who is letting everyone run on them and it looks as if he'll get his 20 carries.........

What do you guys think?

i would go maroney. you are right in that atlanta is tough and deuce looks like the back getting the goal line carries. williams still has foster to deal with, so he is a risk. you know maroney will get in there and you also know that he will produce, potentially in a big way.

that's the direction I'm leaning......I guess I have to see another week of DeAngelo and his position on the team to start him.......

I've got Edge as my other starter.......hopefully he gets on track. Either way, I traded A. Green and Foster for Edge AND Maroney......I just raped that guy in that trade.

I just said this in another thread, and I'm saying it again. I like Williams over Maroney this week. TB isn't just "not clicking"; they're sucking like a hungry hooker. CAR knows TB VERY well, and typically owns them (5 of the last 6 to be precies)

I see ALOT of screen passes to Williams this week. I dont see him starting, but I do see 50/50 playing time, maybe even 40/60 by 2nd quarter.

Maroney is the safer play, but I get the feeling DEN is going to wake up against NE

I've been thinking about this as well.....If the game was in Denver I would be playing Williams for sure. This may be a coin toss........If Steve Smith plays I feel it make make a big difference and open up the run for sure......NE's passing game just hasn't been there but is getting better each game......

I've got some serious thnking to do.
