giantsfan
At RB McGahee vs the Jets or Gore vs Philly? McGahee always runs on the Jets and it's their home opener. Meanwhile Gore plays the tough Philly run D which stifled the Giants run game last week. Plus SF could fall behind and need to pass a lot. At WR I need 3. Driver at Det, Williams vs GB, A. Johnson vs Wash, Bryant vs Philly? I think I have to start DD and Roy which leaves AJ or Bryant. Was going to stick with AJ but now not so sure. Philly's pass D is questionable and I think a CB or two is out for them. Plus as said above SF may have to pass a lot. Thoughts???

The Bills are heavily leaning on him to carry the load as Losman just isn't getting the job done, and since it is their home opener, he'll put up some good numbers. There's the general rule about always starting your studs, and while Gore has done well, McGahee is still the bigger stud of the two..... on your WR issue, it's a coin flip between Bryant and Johnson, with maybe a slight edge to Bryant. I say that knowing that both Wash and Philly have tough defenses, but Eli did light up the Philly secondary. Granted Alex Smith isn't Eli, but they'll be throwing at the end of the game!! ROCKNE
I would go with Bryant. Like you said SF will have to throw tos tay with the Eagles and he is the go to guy. Agree with McGahee this week.
