alphaMIKE429
I have A.Boldin...now I hear Warner 'may' be on the hot seat for his starting gig. IF Leinart gets the nod do we see a big drop off for the WR tandem in Ariz? If so I am thinking about trying to dump Boldin high. Someone talk me down
irish
I have Fitz and am thinking that Leinart is a very accurate QB like Warner and can do a nice job with the weapons he has. He is also much more mobile than Warner something he showed us in preseason. If anything I think the change can be a good thing for our WRs. Take a step back from the ledge. Boldin is still a valuable WR. Leinart came from a pro-style offense in college and did a decent job in pre-season -- yes I know it was only pre-season, but he did run the offense well. I'd hold on to Boldin -- who knows -- if Leinart dubs Boldin his go to guy (ala McCown) then you could be sitting pretty.

Easy now I was trying to make him feel better but I hope Fitz is dubbed the go-to-guy.
gd74
Yes...he did run a pro style offense in college....but the defenses he saw in college where nothing even remotely close to the defenses he will see in the pros.... if you are going to take a gamble on Leinart...then be prepared to take some lumps along the way...there are reasons why several top rated college coaches have not.....played right away...the game is way faster and a lot more complex....
