Rileyrott
A die-hard Raider fan in our league has offered me, straight-up, Tatum Bell (RB-DEN) for Lamont Jordan (RB-OAK) this week. I am considering his offer since Tatum is now the "guy" in Denver (at least for now) and who knows when, if ever, Oakland's offense will get on track. I know that Denver is on a bye this week, but I have enough depth at RB/WR to do this trade and get by the bye. Any thoughts??
rew70
I think Jordan is going to get more involved with that offense, but with that said, I think Bell has more upside at the moment.
Rileyrott
I posted this yesterday and only got 1 reply. This guy is itching to do this trade and won't wait much longer. More advice would be greatly appreciated. Edited September 27, 2006 by Rileyrott
Deacons44
I would do the trade. The Raider O-line loks horrible and the Raiders will most likely be down in alot of games and will have to abandon the running game to try to get back in the game. JMO. Plus, you know the history of Denver starting RB's. If Bell stays healthy and doesn't fumble he could be in for a huge year.

monster2333
I'd do it. Art Shell's an idiot and the 2006 Raiders may go down as one of the worst offenses in history.
SMW
How wasted was this guy when he made the offer? Who cares, jump all over it before he sobers up. Oakland is a joke. I'd take Tatum Bell getting 50% of the carries in Denver over Jordan getting 100% in Oakland. And if Tatum is really gonna start getting 80-90% of the carries it's not even close. pzarvell
You know what you'll get with Jordan - somewhat on the downside of consistancy I'd guess. By doing the trade you're gambling that TBell has won the starting job for the remainder of the year (which I think he has) and historically it could be argued that the starting RB for Denver is a top 5 pick in most drafts (without having to share). If it pays off, this could take you deep into your playoffs. Jordan won't do that.
