Democrat Leader is Seriously Ill

He said doctors discovered an ulcer in his anal area during a visit to Cuba in March.

Farrakhan likened his situation to that of Fidel Castro, who temporarily relinquished power because of illness.

"While many rejoiced — believing and thinking that if Fidel Castro and the Cuban Revolution expired they could move Cuba and the Revolution in a new direction — his absence from the helm only proved that Cuba will not fall apart over the absence or passing of their illustrious leader," Farrakhan wrote in the letter.

He also warned followers to be "ever watchful for any smart, crooked deceiver and hypocrite who would create confusion over my present condition."

I'm cuckoo for cocoa puffs. Maybe him and Fidel will live long enough to speak at the '08 DNC. Let's pray for FarrahKHAAAAN.

Republicans want you to associate the Democratic Party with Farrakhan. The Democrats want you to associate the Republican Party with Pat Robertson, and there you have the main flaw of the two party system. At some point, both major parties figures out that you do not have to convince anyone that you have the best ideas. If you do that, then you have to produce results, no results, you are out. It is so much easier to demonize the opposition. Once you successfully demonize the opposition, to your core, not only do you not have to produce any results, you can get away with the occasional lapse in ethics and legality. Because, hell, a crock is better than a demon, right?

The Washington Post editorial board, June 27, 1986; Pat Roberson --"I am bound by the laws of the United States and all 50 states...I am not bound by any case or any court to which I myself am not a party...I don't think the Congress of the United States is subservient to the courts...They can ignore a Supreme Court ruling if they so choose."

The Constitution does not explicitly grant the Supreme Court the power of judicial review; nevertheless, the power of the Supreme Court to overturn laws and executive actions it deems unlawful or unconstitutional is a well-established precedent. (Wikipedia)

OK, well then how about the one where he prayed to God to create more vacancies in the Supreme Court, or his threating Orlando with a Hurricane, because Disney World had a Gay Pride Day, that is one of my favorite.

To Skins, Billay, and the other touchy feely mamby pamby homo's here who want to give a free pass to black racists like Spike Lee, I bet they dont even think this moran is a racist...

While I certainly do not wish him harm, I have no love for Mr. Farakhan. And he has gone much further than Spike Lee in terms of wishing ill on white america.

I really don't think the two are in the same ballpark

Even better was when VA Beach got hit with a hurricane shortly thereafter. :D

Note for the uninformed: Pat's empire is located in VA Beach, just another thing to do when the boardwalk closes down and the bright lights and soothing music come on.

I wod think a president who knowingly ignores the plight of thousands of blacks in New Orleans is far more racist than those you mention.

Anyone know where I can find some legit reading on the Nation of Islam? I don't know much about the group and don't really know which sites are biased.

http://www.noi.org/

Their website is fairly begnin and looks less extreme than that of the DNC website. But they teach that a space ship is going to come down and kill all of the blue eyed devils in the end times. They want their own homeland here in America. The one's I knew that would lower themselves to speak to a cracker, I would ask them why not move to Haiti or African if they wanted a black homeland run by blacks for blacks. They really didnt like that idea for some reason. They have a HUGH following in prisons and jail throughout the country. They are racist to the core, although skins and Billay would probably think they are just poor misunderstood negro's who shouldnt be held to the same standard, or any standard for that matter, as everyone else.

I totally disagree. Sure, Farrakhan says what Spike Lee really believes, but Spike Lee has effected a much more wide ranging audience. He has made it cool to hate whitey and blame him for everything. His movies are racist, his words are racist, and he is an avowed racist. But you still dont see it. Farrakahn is the same except he has a much narrower focus.
