LightsOutTerp
Your team looks solid except that your RBs. I'm guessing you've had some close games. Soon you're going to have to take chances. - I'd pick up Favre. If he blows up, he's valuable trade bait, especially for FF playoff locks in your league. He's got passer friendly DEFs in weeks 14 & 15. - Your RBs could turn it around. But, you may have to drop someone to take a chance on a RB of the future (Maroney, DeAngelo, etc.). You'll have to hope that teams, later in the year, are going to pack it in and see what their backups can do for draft strategy. - If you're league doesn't charge for transactions, drop duds and pick up the hot hands. You're bound to find gold somewhere in thar hills! - Keep your optimism up. You never know when the next injury could happen and you've got 1st pick on the waiver wire. This is solid advice...right down to the Favre suggestion. In fact, you and I have a lot of the same players, and I'm 0-2-1 right now, despite having scored the 2nd most points overall in my entire BIG $$$ league (2 of the three weeks, the person that beat me mysteriously was the high point person for our whole league). It's still really early in the season. I always say that week 5 is the time to panic if things haven't improved. Until then, play your studs and see what happens. It (should) get better. Grits and Shins
You should trade your lowest scoring players for the highest scoring players

Grits and Shins
Really? Why? Because that way you will score more points and have a chance to win more games
penguin Lancer
Because that way you will score more points and have a chance to win more games Ohhhh. How stupid of me. I was thinking that the scoring was like golf, where the lower it is, the better you did.

Grits and Shins
just your statements are overly simplistic and makes you sound like a man with down syndrome or just a small child. This coming from the guy who is whining about his team being 0-3 and wants us to look at his pathetic roster and deduce the rest of the rosters in his league, who is available on the WW, and which teams might be inclined to trade. After deducing all that you want us to give you the miracle cure pill.

After deducing all that you want us to give you the miracle cure pill. What I asked for was how to improve my team. I never asked how to make it great or asked for a "miracle cure", but rather for an objective opinion; constructive critism is what I wanted and it's what I got untill you decided to post and make us all lose a few IQ points by subjecting us to your posts. So how exactly are we supposed to help you improve your team? We don't know who is available on your waiver wire. We don't know how many teams are in your league or what those teams look like. We don't know your scoring rules or starting lineup requirements. Yet we are supposed to look at your team and magically determine what it takes to improve your team. If you lost a few IQ points by reading my posts then I'd venture a guess that you must have almost no IQ points left now.

Guys like LJ are going to be gone and everyone knows it, but guys like Jennings are less likely to be gone and can be mentioned as possible people to pick up on WW. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

Grits and Shins
The free agents that might be available also depend on roster size and league size ... more information we don't have about your league. So I'm supposed to use probability to figure out all that information about your league and come up with an answer. Perhaps you can use the same probabilty to take my answer and apply it to your leauge: There are several ways to improve your team: 1) Pick up players from your waiver wire that you believe will score lots of points, replace those players on your team that don't score points 2) Trade your lowest scoring players for higher scoring players 3) Always start the players that score the most points
