Skrappy1
I want to see the elephant... :-( Â I think it's back. There's something big out there in the woods but Mustafa isn't zooming in close enough again plus the site is locking up so I can't tell if it's a rhino or an elephant. There's something big out there in the woods but Mustafa isn't zooming in close enough again plus the site is locking up so I can't tell if it's a rhino or an elephant. Â Nevermind, false alarm. It's just a bigass wildebeast. Â Edit: But still, the wildebeast was a lot more interesting than the zoom and pan on the deserted bank of the watering hole that is going on right now. Seriously, what goes on in that cameraman's mind? Edited November 29, 2006 by Skrappy1

Skrappy1
Wow, there's a smorgasbord of actitivty at the old watering hole this morning. Several widlebeasts, elk (one has a bird on top of his head gnawing at his rack), and I think I even saw a hyena.
Skrappy1
...elk (one has a bird on top of his head gnawing at his rack) Â Now the bird is eating off the elk's back. It went from his head, to his foot, now to his back. The elk doesn't seem to mind.

nogohawk
The first couple of hours each morning the past few days have been fairly active - lots of Impala, Baboons, a few Wildebeast, and 2 Giraffes. Â Have not seen any Lions yet.
KICK A$$ BLASTER
The was one male and two females. They were hanging out right by the camera tower. They were around for ten minutes before the men with the big flash lights showed up and ran them off....
