wildcat2334
gotta love college ball- the talent gap lessens every year form the big boys to the smaller schools. That being said, both KU and NC are young and loaded, and both will be tough by March. fyiy- out west Wash looks tough- they will be a tough out by March- Hawes, Brockman, and the young ens are freakin talented........ Pac 10 will have 3 legit top 10 calibar teams in UA, UCLA, UW. Edited November 17, 2006 by wildcat2334

Keep the info coming on the west coast wildcat. It's always nice to hear some perspective from you guys out west as you play to late for us east coasters to watch (at least those of us who go to bed at a decent hour.) chiefjay
tough game. too bad Oden isn't there. Oden plays for OSU? Boy I couldn't tell after listening to Dickie V. and his partner. They must have said his name 100 times. I think Franklin or whoever that is declared him the best player in college and he hasn't even played a game yet. i know he's a beast but give me a break. billay
Just got home from the game. OSU is very talented. They have great quickness and boy, can they shoot. They were spreading the floor and our guys were having a lot of difficulty defending the penetration. OSU came out very loose and were shooting well. At one point in the game they were like 11-16 from 3. You had to know it wouldn't last. The Heels tightened up things defensively in th second half, hit a few 3's and enough free throws to keep them out of danger. Big win. billay
Heels beat Kentucky in a very ugly basketball game. UK hung around by slowing the tempo, crowding the lane and playing very physical ball. The refs were realy letting it go, and it started to get ugly there at the end. Hansbrough had a tough day shooting 2-10 and really getting beat up. Terry, Brendan and Wayne picked up the slack though. Two big wins for the Heels this week. Kansas, after beating UF slips up again.

Kansas, after beating UF slips up again. Other than Julian Wright, KU is a team with no heart. If this program ever learns to fight as a team and play with some passion, they will be dangerous. Otherwise, this season will end like most others: a bunch of McDonalds All-Americans looking around at each other wondering who is gonna take charge of this group of individuals.
