Houston Homers - Update for

Recommended Posts

One service quotes the Houston Chronicle article that said AJ was ready to go. Link. The Huddle hasn't confirmed, yet. Do any Houston homers have more insight? Thanks.

Thanks for the post / link.

My worst nightmare at WR was occuring this week.

I only have 3 Receivers on my roster (Wayne, A Johnson, and Colston) and have to play two each week.

To date it has not been a problem (except for the zero I took from Colston last week).

With Colston highly likely to sit, I am hoping A Johnson suits it up and plays well this week.

If not, it will be a trip to the depleted waiver wire on Sunday before game-time. My problem will be who to drop and who to pickup. Best on the board may be Antonio Bryant (assuming his DUI doesn't keep him out).

I look forward to the game-day insight the huddle / message board will provide.

As for now I better get some sleep, pray at church in the morning and return hoping A Johnson will play.

All see is listed as probable, but his effectiveness will be limited if he plays. I have him starting anyways, it's him or Randy Moss who can't count on anyways to even catch ONE ball.

Does any other fellow huddlers hear anything different on the morning inactives on AJ's status? :D
