I would eliminate Garcia as he is @WAS, @NYG and @DAL. I don't see Garrard putting up huge numbers and the Jags really on the RB's and DEF. If you had said Plummer instead of Cutler I would have leaned towards Plummer, so since Cutler is starting in front on Plummer, then my best guess would be Cutler.
