Clubfoothead
Didn't the 5-2 NDSU Bison beat #8 Marquette over the weekend? It's basketball but the Bison domination of Div II football is a fading memory these days...
wiegie
What's so special about that game to you? You don't care to see the all-time winningest QB in college football history play what will either be the last or second-to-last game of his college career? They came within a blocked field goal of embarrassing the Minnesota Gophers beyond measure earlier this year.
Junkyard
You don't care to see the all-time winningest QB in college football history play what will either be the last or second-to-last game of his college career? Second to last game. Looking forward to seeing them and Bloomsburg in the finals. BU Alum... which is why I care.
Scooby
ESPN may be realizing why ABC could not make money on MNF. Sunday night is now the new football night in america. Their flex schedule has really paid of for sunday nights.

wiegie
blah--you guys all suck And as for this being in the wrong forum, I intentionally presented it as an alternative to Sunday Night Football (seriously, who wants to watch the cowboys play again anyway... boring). But, if you must make me provide a real reason to watch the game with NFL implications, then I will point out that there is the potential that several players in the game might eventually end up playing the NFL. (For example, rising Broncos star David Kircus went to Grand Valley State.)
rondo
Have fun, i'm watchin' the Cowboys.
untateve
I think I'll tune in. It sounds like good fun. If the game is close, I'll til the end. If not, I'll switch over.
Pirate lookin' at 40
Actually, watching the Cowboys win will be anything but boring. Nothing against the other game though, I wish all of college football had a playoff. GO COWBOYS
wiegie
OK, the nice thing about this game is that since it starts at 7:00, it will be a nice football "tide me over" between the late games and the night game.

haywood
GVSU is a fun team to watch, and as a former Laker myself, I'm gonna be watching. It may be DII, but those boys can play football.
wiegie
I'm sure you all heard Gary Thorne call GVSU "academically outstanding".
