wolfdigger
I don't think I need a huge game but cannot lay an egg. So I think both will do OK, but who is less likely to do nothing? Leinart vs. Seahawks or Favre at 49ers Who do I start?

Chief Dick
Starting Farve is as automatic as a crock pot full of nacho cheese.

SaintsFanUnfortunately
I'd go with Favre: Veteran Tough Better Matchup Both QBs are solid plays though. I wish I had either of them to play this week!!
isobane
I agree with SaintsFan Gotta start Favre. Though neither is a great option. Edited December 9, 2006 by isobane
wolfdigger
Bump Favre 4 Leinart 0? Anyone else? Matt has some pretty good receivers and they are at home! Brett is a legend but has been pretty shaky lately. Looks like we are not ready to pass the torch just yet!
jmemms1971
Favre 5 Leihnert 0 Go Favre.......
Bonedaddies
Favre is the better play on game-day, the only scare is if he gets re-injured and comes out of the game. He is tough and it will take a ton of pain and the "shots" to be wearing off for him to come out...but if that happens you could be in trouble. If you just need a solid play, I am not sure Matt's 250 and 1/2 TD's isn't just that.....

slickvick
I am not sold on Favre this week.He has been way off as of late. His completion percentage is awful.I have watched San Fran play at home a couple of times this season and they are a much better team there.I am sitting Favre in favor of Kitna this week. Slugs
I have the exact same problem & I am going with Farve. Leinart just has not done it. I am not sure that he has more than 1 multiple TD game this year and no 300 yard games & just one 400. With Farve you can count on about 2 tds & betwen 240 & 280 yards. Of course a couple of picks are always in the mix.

Not Completely Lost
I am starting Favre as well. I like the matchup better as well. Just seems to agreeable - but easy choice.
