Brentastic Posted December 12, 2006 Share Posted December 12, 2006 Well, I've had my HD tv for about 15 months and the lamp already went out this past Saturday. Of course CC's service dept was not open over the weekend. So, I call today and submit my issue but cannot finish because the parts department was busy. Long story short, IF I can get in touch with parts dept tomorrow, it will take 7-10 business days for them to ship my part. Worst case scenario, since Xmas falls in between the 8-10 business day, is that I will not be able to watch football for 3 straight weeks (this past weekend and the next two). My biggest rant is: Why don't they have these lamps (CC says it is the most commonly replaced part in an HD tv) available at the store?!?!
