robcro
Not only in the championship, but playing against my brother, so even higher stakes. Who would you start? Must pick 2: LJ @ Chargers Gore @ Seahawks Alexander Vs 49ers Many thanks for your advice Sit LJ. Chargers are playing well and Merriman will shut down L.J. both Seahawks and 49ers give up more rushing yards.
hezagenius
Think I'd sit Alexander. He hasn't looked great since being back. I wouldn't sit LJ if he played the Chargers and the Ravens at the same time...well maybe then I would sit him. 2-man league?
Ron Burgundy
Go LJ & Alexander. 1. Seattle is a great team @ home and they are coming off a bad loss to the Cardinals. And they are trying to avenge a loss to the 49ers. I think Seattle is going to destroy SF this week. 2. If Tatum Bell can get 100+ vs SD, so can LJ. Gros Membres!
I'd play LJ and Alexander. That's just a ridiculous stable of running backs to choose from. All are studs but Alexander and SEA play tough at home. I can see Alexander getting 100 and a TD this week keeping the ball away from Gore unless Gore springs something big (after all he did have 212 yds. and a TD vs. SEA in week 11 ). LJ perhaps less yardage but his likelihood of scoring then goes up in the red zone as they feed him the rock. I don't think you can sit LJ as they're fighting for a playoff spot. I'd go Alexander and LJ. If you are going to sit anyone, I'd sit Alexander as DJax is out. This could spell trouble for the SEA D as it might sputter. But these guys are both studs. Hard not to play them.
downwithdisease
i like gore and alexander. just a hunch.
slickvick
You have to go with the two that give you the best shot at TD's IMO and that would be LJ and SA.
StingRay
You have to go with the two that give you the best shot at TD's IMO and that would be LJ and SA. How do you have LJ and Alexander? Is this a one team league?
cowboy30
DONT SIT LJ....yes I know SD's defense is healthy but LJ always gets his yards. If Tatum Bell can do it, LJ can too... Look at his stats in the 1st game against SD...28 for 132 yards and 2 TDs...you can't go wrong with that. Go with LJ and Alexander..
soco
Have to go with LJ and SA ... good luck
Brentastic
You cannot sit L.J. I don't care what defense he is facing, he is a must start every week. I would go with L.J and S.A. Although I would consider Gore instead of S.A.
bk200606
By the way, It's a 16 team league. I got Alexander in a trade for Tatum Bell and Hines Ward. This was when Tatum Bell just came off his big game against New England in week three. . . Edited December 13, 2006 by bk200606
Deacon Frost
LJ for sure...lesser nod to Shaun b/c of TD opportunities. Earlier in the year LJ had 28 carries for 132 yards and 2 TDs against the Chargers at home. 29 yards receiving as well. It's not like they're going to shut him down...even at home in San Diego.
