Aiea Sparks
In the past all references to Thomlinson were abbreviated as "LT2", with the "LT" reserved for Lawrence Taylor. This year it seems more and more people are dropping the "2" and Thomlinson is now "LT". So is Lawrence Taylor now "LT2"?
Brentastic
I think lawrence taylor should become LT-toot
Furd
Lawrence Taylor is done. LT2 should be done, at least until someone else comes along with those initials.

keggerz
have always referred to tomilinson as LT, no lack of respect for Taylor but he is retired and if someone doesnt know you are talking about Tomlinson when you use LT they a little
Zooty
LT is Tomlinson. I haven't seen Lawrence Taylor in a football uniform for about 15 years (and Any Given Sunday doesn't count)

Jimmy Neutron
No disrespect to the great LB, but Tomlinson should play second fiddle to no one.

Skrappy1
have always referred to tomilinson as LT, no lack of respect for Taylor but he is retired and if someone doesnt know you are talking about Tomlinson when you use LT they a little At first I thought that Tomlinson shouldn't be called LT at all because to me LT would always be Lawrence Taylor. But now Tomlinson has more than established himself, and as Keggerz and others have noted, the orignal LT is long retired. Taking into account the context of what is said, I don't see how anyone could be uncertain of which LT you are talking about in a given discussion. I no longer see anything wrong with calling Tomlinson LT, and LT2 just seems an unnecessary designation.
