spain Posted December 14, 2006 Share Posted December 14, 2006 Talk on local sports radio today was about Floyd Reese being hired as the new GM in Detroit after this season. Millen will be fired, and then Reese who is in the last year of his contract with the Titans, will be hired by the Fords. I have nothing at all to substantiate this rumor at all other than the guys on my local sports talk radio station all believe it. It does make some sense as I cant see Millen lasting another year in the Motor City. Floyd Reese is a very well respected GM in this league and played for the Lions back in the 1950s. He and Fisher have some pretty serious personal issues and it may be time for Reese to move on and Detroit seems the logical choice. Opinions?
