Hang big, authentic, old pictures of farms on the wall, with plent of pictures of cows. Have the workers dress in overalls. In the summer you can have your female workers wear "daisy dukes". Have the sound of a loud "MOOOOO" go off whenever the front door is opened. The ideas are endless.....I'm giving you pearls here dude!!!
