I might as well have parked it at the shop dailiy, that thing was a piece of chit! I've owned 2 Toyotas since without a single problem. It may not be American, but in times like these I need MY cash in MY pocket and not in some repair shops. Sounds like you bought a lemon, I've owned 12 Chevy's, my father has owned countless, we've never had a problem A Toyota may look good, may ride smooth, but they can't hang with a Chevy. Like I said, when I can afford the gas, ie boat etc. I'll go bigger. In the meantime there's no sense driving a tank if I'm not going to be on the battlefield. SeductiveNun Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 I have a 2001 Ford Ranger, been driving those trucks for about 18 years now, never had any serious problems with those. I can still haul plenty of things with it, but I've never had to tow anything. Not sure if I'd want to go back to driving a regualr car.
