I've given thought to signing him in my dynasty league, but I don't know if he's worth the roster spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Bronco Billy Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 If you've got a roster spot available that won't cost you if you get no performance from it, Williams is worth a roster flyer. When he was playing he was a credible FF starting RB. That said, I sure don't have much hope for his ressurecting his career, but you never know. There are a couple of very good teams in the NFL who are razor thin at RB, and they might be in the market if their #1 RB gets tweaked or worse, and Williams is a place they might look to fill a desperate need. Goldsheet Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 the knock on him coming out of lsu was he's too small and would not be able to hold up to the punishmnet of an nfl season. he battled knee injuries pretty much the whole time he played for the texans. after his last major surgery reports were he had really not recovered and is no longer the same player. i think he's done.
