polksalet Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 Ok, we have to be at Dallas Children's Hospital at 8:50 am Tuesday morning. We are planning to stay the night in Dallas Monday and get up and go to the hospital bright and early the next morning. Ok, my experiences in Dallas equate to severe traffic at that time of morning and when you combine it with the crime ridden areas there I have no idea where to stay that is both close to the hospital and will keep the local carjackers safe. When I visit large cities I usually stay on the outside of town and drive in. Unfortunately it looks like that is not much of an option. I am kicking around staying in Rockwall the nioght b4 and allowing 1.5 hours to get there. BTW, I hate the concrete jungle. What say you?
