Trade Advice

Recommended Posts

First the Scoring:

20 yards a point - passing

10 points - 1 passing touchdown

10 yards a point, Rushing

10 yards a point, Receiving

10 points - 1 rushing Touchdown

10 points - 1 receiving Touchdown

Kickers - 25 poiints 50 yards and over

20 points 40-49

15 points 30-39

10 points 20-29

5 points 10-19

2.5 points under 10 points

DEF - 2.5 points for sack,

2.5 points for interception

2.5 points for fumble recovery

5 points for safety

10 points per defensive TD

Now My Team:

QB - Tom Brady, Matt Leinart, Eli Manning (trade bait for 1 of these QBs)

RB - Shaun Alexander, Rudi Johnson, Kevin Jones (after 6 weeks?), Cadillac Williams

WR - Plaxico Burress, Darrell Jackson, Jerrico Cotchery, Drew Bennett, Brandon Jones

TE - Antonio Gates

Kickers - Shayne Graham, John Kasay

DEF - Jacksonville, Green Bay

And His Team:

QB - Phillip Rivers

RB - Brian Westbrook, Cedric Benson, Brandon Jacobs, Jerious Norwood, Leon Washington, Tony Hunt, Jerome Harrison (backup to J. Lewis)

WR - Larry Fitzgerald, Chad Johnson, Vincent Jackson, Chris Chambers, Jacoby Jones, Bryant Johnson, Brandon Marshall,

Kicker - Olindo Mare

Defense - Carolina Def

My 3 QBs are trade bait. Any suggestions as to what I should trade?

One scenario is trading Tom Brady for Brian Westbrook to upgrade my RBs. I cannot think of another scenario.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and I will try to answer your posts.

Thanks in advance.

If you only start 1 QB you need to make that Brady for Westbrook trade before the other guy sobers up.

exactly...but I'm not sure the other guy has agreed?...

I was going to propose SA and Leinart for Westy and something....unless he wants to throw Brady in there and get Fitz or something as well...

Brady Cadillac for Westbrook and V. Jackson

Gives you 3 stud RB's no need for Cadillac u platoon ur QB's, takes away 2 of his starters and the QB WR point bonus of Rivers and Jackson that he has now, and upgrades you at WR.

Downgrades ur QB upgrades ur RB and WR

Upgrades his QB Downgrades his RB and WR

The thing is, I will have too many WRs, even with the upgrade on RBs and WRs. I was hoping to have just 2 QBs, and an even number of RBs and WRs. But I can consider that trade.

I can start either 2 RBs or 3. I start 1 QB.

alright...if you can move Westy for Brady I'd jump on that then and have your 3 RB's...

but I'd try to move Alexander and Brady in a package deal personally...

if it's not PPR then you should ask for more.....because Westy thrives in PPR scoring..

Kind of like Tom Brady and Shaun Alexander for Brian Westbrook and Vincent Jackson/Brandon Marshall?
