Need to start 3 of the following....

Clinton Portis

Adrian Peterson

DeAngelo Williams

DeShaun Foster

Lamont Jordan

Jesse Chatman

Julius Jones

1 point for 10 rush yards, 1 point for 10 rec. yards, 6 pts = TD, Return Yards and TDs count

At this point I have Portis, Jordan, Peterson penciled in.

Given your choices it's tough!

C. Portis is still the starter!

L. Jordan will carry the Load this week

C. Taylor is still the starter in Minn.

I think you will have this problem all year! Your list consist of Huge POTENTIAL breakout players, but for week #1 I would go with these 3

PORTIS#1

L. JORDAN #2

C. TAYLOR #3

Good LUCK!

Some tough choices, but I'd go:

1. Portis--use him while you still can..he won't be healthier than he is right now.

2. Jordan--should have an excellent week carrying the full load against the 4th-worst rush defense from 2006

3. Foster--Carolina will try to play ball control on the road, and keep the Rams high-octane offense off the field. Couple that with the fact that the Rams were the worst against the rush in 2006, and have done nothing to fix it, and there won't be a better opportunity to use Foster this year.

I'd sit Peterson (just because of the uncertainty of his role at this point), Jones (80 yards at best)...the rest are purely back-up options at this point.
