BBQ tofu cutlets

cut extra firm tofu into 1/2" thick pieces. Bake in pan in KC masterpiece suace for one hour at 325 degress.


Let's see if I survive this.


Oh Good Lord. You broke TWO rules here:


1. Tofu.


2. KC Masterpiece.


You are now officially more ghey then ever.

My wife had a recipe for "shake n' bake Tofu fries", like a dry breading mix (mostly "italian breadcrumbs", IIRC) that you shake french-fry-size cuts of Tofu in, and then you bake 'em. With marinara to dip, they aren't bad at all.
