SpinalTapp
Alex Smith's injuy is not helping and he can't stay healthy. But, he is available. Your thoughts on the rest of his season.
piratesownninjas
If Dilfer is playing, I don't think there is any chance he gets it on track... Maybe he can get be on track if Alex Smith shows flashes that he showed last year... Thats a big Maybe and an even bigger if...

bushwacked
Alex Smith's injuy is not helping and he can't stay healthy. But, he is available. Your thoughts on the rest of his season. Â Jackson is a talented WR when he is healthy. But he came from a WCO where Joe Jurevicius had 694 and 10 TDs and injured Bobby Engram had 778 yards and 3 TDs two short years ago as backups. I was fairly certain that Djax would be overvalued this year, but I had no idea that San Francisco would regress to the degree of absolute suckiness. Even if Smith does come back, it was fairly apparent he couldn't get the ball to Vernon Davis let alone his WRs.
Randall
Any chance? Sure, not likely but possible. He will need Dilfer to get it together first. I'm hanging o to him.
Seahawks21
I've tried to trade the guy every way possible. No biters. I'm about two weeks away from cutting him. I love the guy, he's a good receiver, but I would never bet at any game this season that he has more than four catches or more than 70 yards in a game, which makes him unstartable IMO. Mojo Rising
while dilfer plays, you have a better chance of this DJax "getting it together": Â http://www.baseball-almanac.com/players/pi...n_autograph.jpg
Bill Swerski
while dilfer plays, you have a better chance of this DJax "getting it together": Â Agreed. Dilfer may be an old fogie at this point, but Alex Smith was just terrible in those first few games. D-Jax's value has nowhere to go but up with Dilfer out there. mitpdub
With Hostler being the current Niners O.C there is not much of a chance at all of him being a quality starter. They signed Lelie to a 2mill contract this year and he's caught zero passes. There's a petion on the niner boards to fire Hostler for his poor playcalling and uninspired offense so for now I would stay away from all niner starters, including unfortunately Frank Gore.....
