Coffeeman
Watch out for the guy hanging out at the bottom of the list! No sh*t - with all your big weightings at the end, you could come on strong beginning 1/1. Then again, you could rise up for awhile and then sink like a stone. We'll see.... P.S. I notice that 13 of your last 14 picks are the same as mine, but with diff. weights of course. If you lose due only by picking Ill in the Rose, I'll laugh my ass off at your expense.... I was messing around with the weights for a while and got frustrated. Just said screw it and went 1-32. I feel fairly confident in a majority of my picks so the weightings didnt matter much to me! darin3
????All looks fine to me. What do you mean? Weird, maybe I logged onto Poolhost when they were doing a site update or something. I went to "standings" and everyone had zeros. And in the "all picks" page, the order was random - but the picks, etc. all looked right. Anyways... all looks fine now

No disrespect to OSU but I think this is the toughest matchup USC could have got in the Big 10.

theeohiostate
Man, that TEN victory was HUGH! It's a shame it was ref aided. The none call on the hit 3 yards OOB cost Wisconsin the win, and the fact they went for it on 4th and 1 the drive before instead on taking the 3 points. Wisconsin outplayed Tennessee today, but what are you to do when your a Big10 team and you have to play all your bowl games on the road in the territory of your opponents ? Careful, you don't want to be the Rockerbraves of the midwest.... ------ Man, I had a ROUGH New Years Eve. 3 losses. That USF game sucked. WTH was up with that? I thought for sure a Dixon-less Oregon squad would not be able to put points on the board. Crazy. Looking better today with the big TEN win and Mizzou taking care of business. Really need UF to step up against Michigan. Edit: And UVA's up on TTech... that'll help a bit if they can hold on. darin3
Man I need the Gators to pull this off. Cincy's on my azz and this would be a hugh swing.
darin3
Ugh, not only did the Gators blow it, but UVA's about to blow a hugh lead and lose.
darin3
Haven't done the math on TOS yet, but if Cincy wins out (minus LSU/OSU), we'd be tied going into the NC game. Edit: Unless my math is wrong (completely plausible), I don't think TOS can catch me. Looks like I need to root AGAINST some of my picks (that Cincy has bigger confidence numbers for). Edit again: I think Kevin has a shot to shoot up, too. Edited January 1, 2008 by darin3
darin3
Looking at the standings, it really looks like it's going to come down to the LSU/OSU game. Eerily reminiscent of two years ago, UT/USC and I need a UT win and a high-scoring game to take the crown......... ...
Puddy
Hmmm....my score + 50 points puts me where? That's right, first place. You know, my professors always preached to check your Scantron answers one final time before turning in the test. GWPFFL BrianW
if UGA wins as they should, I ran the table for the New Years Day Bowls. I should get a bonus 50 points for that IMO.
