Calling all Power Point Gurus

... and I have no idea how.

 

I'm ok with most PP stuff, but this is a manuever I've never tried.

 

I'm looking to put in three to four clips (approx 1 min each) from a movie for a project in my communication studies class.

 

I will almost positively never need to do this again, so I'd rather not buy $50 worth of software. When I looked on my own, was all the info I could find.

 

I have never ripped a DVD, but I assume it's pretty similar to ripping a CD.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
