tjordan86
Alright, I have DeSean Jackson and Eddie Royal that I picked up. I’m guessing I’m going to need to pick up a TE because I’m worried about Dallas Clark. The TE’s I have to choose from are Dante Rosario, Anthony Fasano, Bo Scaife, Robert Royal, David Martin, L.J. Smith, Desmond Clark and Greg Olson. My question is which WR should I get rid of if I were to pick up a TE and which TE would be the best choice? Keep in mind I will probably have to trade either the WR I keep or the TE I pick up for when my kicker and defense or on bye week. Here is my team: Start 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF QB: Peyton Manning, Philip Rivers WR: Reggie Wayne, Lee Evans, Steve Smith, DeSean Jackson, Eddie Royal RB: Larry Johnson, Brandon Jacobs, Thomas Jones TE: Dallas Clark K: Jeff Reed DEF: San Diego Thanks in advance
Locness_Monster
I would maybe try to package DeSean and one of your RBs for an upgrade. From there I would try to get LJ Smith, then Anthony Fasano. PHI, as a team, is healthy on O. Fasano is a good target for Pennington's (limited) range and other lesser targets. Rosario had a good showing, but is now hurt and Steve Smith comes back as the clear #1 target.
tjordan86
Alright, I think I've decided that I do want Fasano. Now, I'm still on the fence with Jackson and Royal. This next week is really important because Steve Smith doesn't return till week 3, and I might have to trade the one I keep later anyway. So, with Marshall coming back this week will royal get enough action going against the San Diego defense and will Jackson do well against Dallas defense? Also with Marshall back will he draw a lot of attention from the SD defense and open up an easy target for Cutler to Royal?
