mlittle1105 Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Is anyone else having problems with Sportsline? I'm the commissioner of an SL league, and we've had problems all week. Customer service is non-existent. Sent them an email using the "Help" utility more than 36 hours ago with no response and now that we're going into the weekend, I don't anticipate one. Been equally impossible getting someone on the phone. Here are the issues: Injured Reserve: Owners are not able to put players on the "injured" list on their own. If you go into Set Line-Up (under My Team), you should be able to assign an injured player "injured" status. I can do this for them using my commish powers, but I cannot do it for my own line-up (I have to do using the Edit Service Time feature, which sucks because then it doesn't record it as a transactino). Rosters Keep Changing Back: A couple of owners have reported that they changed their line-ups during the week (e.g. after Tuesday at 9am) but the rosters have since been changed back to their Week One settings. One of my owners sent me a screenshot and it doesn't even display Week 2 --- it displays only Week 1. Is anyone having problems similar to these?
