QB trade advice - guy wants Favre

Guy in my 12-team league is hurting for a QB bad (he has Bulger, Cassel, Pennington)

I've got Cutler, Rodgers and Favre

He's offered Pennington and Marvin Harrison (heh) for Favre.

I've got TO, Housh, Eddie Royal, Roddy White, and Vincent Jackson at WR.

I counter-offered Housh+Favre for (his guys) Calvin Johnson and Cassel

I doubt he does it. Should I accept Desean Jackson+Cassel?

Or... do I offer Favre+McGahee for McFadden and Cassel? (With Fargas out, McFadden would be a nice pickup.)

Thanks, and of course WHIR

I would trade him but not why would you get another QB in the deal? You dont need Pennington. I counter him Farve and Royal (sell while he's hot) for McFadden and Harrison.

I agree, you don't need another QB. Why let the guy off the hook by taking his garbage? Get something you really like and need in return.

Thanks guys

I never considered taking the crap he was offering. I've countered with Cassel+Calvin Johnson for Favre and Housh

I'll also see if I can pry McFadden away.

FYI - I don't need a 3rd QB. Thought I could stash Cassel a week or two, let him grow into the NE job, and then spin him off for value
