Medal of Honor
Brown is hurt. I'm carrying him on my bench in hopes he is going to come back and do something. Hasn't happened yet. Dropping him could be something I regret. Alternatively, there may be a RB I want, or a TE. Do any of the following players hold more value, to you guys, then Reggie Brown? Would they help my team at all? I hate carrying hurt guys, especially if they come back and their job has been taken by a rookie. TE J. Carlson (SEA) RB B. Jackson (GB) D. Sproles (SD) A. Bradshaw (NYG) M. Bush (OAK) P. Thomas (NO) WR J. Gage (TEN) A. Toomer (NYG) C. Stuckey (NYJ) I. Hilliard (TB) M. Muhammad (CAR) A. Randal El (WAS) Worries about my team: 1. Reggie Brown is still not playing, and DeSean Jackson is looking good (albeit stupid). Even when he does come back, will he be valuable at all? 2. Anthony Gonzalez and Randy Moss have the same bye week (Week 4), meaning that I'll have to start Brown or Walter that week. I'm not sure I want to do that... 3. All of my backs except for Jones are in a split-carry situation. Stewart and Johnson had REALLY low scores until the late 3rd and 4th quarters of their games. Hightower only gets goal line and 3rd down carries. 4. Kitna still has some fantasy value, which would completely dissolve if he loses his job. I want to try and get something for him while I still can (sell high). 5. Seahawks D/ST scares me... Should I be making moves, like dropping Brown, or am I really ok to stay put? This week I only lost cause I started the wrong guys, but Moss was a lame duck.

electricrelish
Bump. I've also offered somebody K. Walter and A. Gonzo for B. Edwards. Let's see if he bites... I think your trade is a good idea. Hopefully, B. Edwards will get better. Do you think that A. Gozo is starting to emerge and be the 2nd choice over M. Harrison? It's too early to tell and he's probably still another year away, but he did get targeted 12 times and caught 9 passes last week. That's a lot. Of course, maybe that's because Dallas Clark was out. I think A Gonzo is starting to emerge, but I can see your bye week dilemma. What makes you think Kitna is going to be benched? Have you heard something? Do they have a better option. The problem isn't Kitna. The problem is their game plan. Plus, the defense isn't helping them.
sp33dkills02
I am sitting on Brown as well. I am gonna keep him because he should be back in action before curtis and will for sure be the go to guy if he comes back and proves he is healthy.. So brown will be the number one guy until curtis comes back healthy.....the only other WR I seeworth as much value as brown is muhammad becaus he is the #2 guy behind Steve Smith which comes back this week I am bias of course cause I have both brown and muhammad.... Thanks for your reply, I like what you said about Gonzo, as it mirrors my thoughts about him. I think he'll definitely have weeks like he did this week, but when Dallas Clark is back they will be fewer in number, and he'll probably alternate with Harrison as a "#2". As for Kitna, I've just heard rumblings around the horn. I think his job SHOULD be safe, but you never know...
