Give Up Winslow/E.Royal/Delhomme for Witten/D.Williams/T.Edwards?

I'd like to acquire Jason Witten and the other team in my league needs help at QB. I'd be giving Winslow, E.Royal, and Delhomme for Witten, D.Williams, and T. Edwards.

Scoring is all TDs=6 pts, 1 pt per 25 yards passing, 1 pt per 10 yards receiving or rushing, plus 1 PPR.

Fair trade and would you make it? Givin up too much to get Witten?

My Team:

QB - Brees, Delhomme

RB - Lynch, C.Johnson, J.Stewart, T.Jones, F.Jackson

WR - T.O., Calvin Johnson, Bowe, Cotchery, Royal

TE - Winslow

DEF - Bills

His Team:

QB - Edwards, Griese

RB - J.Jones, W.Parker, D.Williams, C.Perry, M.Bush, M.Morris

WR - Fitzgerald, Boldin, Holt, D.Patten, P.Crayton, D. Driver

TE - Witten

DEF - Bears

Thanks in advance for the help!

D. Williams is worth very little in leagues, unless J. Stewart gets injured. Witten is a big upgrade over Winslow (currently, this could be more even by years end though). Delhomme is better than Edwards, but Del and Brees hold the same Byes. Royal will have good weeks but mixed in with weeks like Week 3.

Witten for Winslow, advantage Witten

Williams for Royal, huge advantage royal

Edwards for Delhomme, slight edge to Delhomme

I think I do this trade looking at the rest of your team though. If you could do Delhomme/Winslow for Witten/Edwards you would be better off.

If you could help:
