The Hand of God
I need to strengthen my WR spot. Currently I have G. Jennings, Santonio Holmes, Reggie Brown and Roy Williams. Apart from Jennings nobody else on my squad has stepped up. I've been offered a trade of Braylon Edwards and Jerious Norwood for Correl Buckhalter and Jonathan Stewart. My other RB are Brandon Jacobs, Marshawn Lynch and Pierre Thomas. I feel like I'm sacrificingl my RB depth for a very questionable WR. Does anyone see Edwards playing up to his preseason hype? rew70
I wouldn't make that deal. Your WRs are fine. Brown is just coming back and getting into the swing of things. Philly is a pass happy offense so his value will continue to rise. DET has no defense so Roy will get his fair share of passes as DET plays catchup week in and week out. Jennings is an every week must-start. And with the RB problems in PIT, Holmes should see even more balls come his way. Right n ow CBuck is a solid backup for Westy and I have read Westy won't be back for a couple of weeks. Don't know if that's true, but Buck is a good RB to have. JStew is another solid back I would want to hold onto for bye weeks and injury replacements. Nowrood is intriguing but very hit or miss and Edwards isn't doing anything, and that seems like it will continue. CLE is a bad team and clearly not what everyone thought they'd be. I wouldn't trade for him over anyone else you have. You're giving up depth, good depth at that for what? No deal. see mine, please: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=263370
