Lost
So I currently have Fred Jax on my bench and since he is just gathering dust there, I thought maybe I would pik up McClain instead. Both are back-ups; however, both are finding ways to get points on my bench. I was originally looking at Fred Jax for his PPR. I think in that aspect he is better, but I don't see Fred getting enough carries to warrant a start unless Marshawn Lynch goes down, which I don't expect. McClain is catching my eye because of the injury woes with McGahee. I guess I want to know if I am wasting my time holding onto Fred Jackson, at least this season, and could benefit with a TD volture like McClain???? Oh yeah, 6 point per TD, 1 per Rush/Rec, 1 PPR. I am not sure I will use either, but they could be keeper potential for next year; however, I would probably be inclined to keep Felix Jones (who is also on my bench) instead of either of those guys. Bottom Line: Do I sit tight with Fred Jackson (Buf) or do I take a flyer on picking up Le'Ron McClain (Balt)???
breadtruck
I hade the same choice so I took ....... LeRon McClain 23 Yrs old 6-0 260 2nd year from Alabama. Look at Baltimore's schedule for the rest of the year and the fact that Mcgahee is getting hurt just like you said ( eye, chest, I am sure there will be more), and mcClain does get the goalies to boot! Baltimore will run every chance it can! So he will get carries even if mcGahee is playing 6 @Ind - - - - start 7 @Mia - - - - start 8 Oak - - - - start 9 @Cle - - - - start 10 @Hou - - - - start 11 @NYG - - - - would if I had to 12 Phi - - - - sit 13 @Cin - - - - start 14 Was - - - - Like em 15 Pit - - - - 16 for 63yds 1TD = 18 points @ Pit, now he is at home...yeah baby 16 @Dal - - - - maybe
