Crip Dogg
I currently have high total points in a twelve team league (non-ppr). My team is as follows (exlcuding Kickers / Def).... J.Kitna / M. Schaub Adrian Peterson / Matt Forte / Chris Johnson / Michael Turner / Chester Taylor / Deuce McAllister Andre Johnson / Larry Fitzgerald / Reggie Brown / Isaac Bruce Jason Witten The guy I'm thinking of offering the trade to has the following... Peyton Manning / Phillip Rivers T.O. / Chad Johnson / Anquan Boldin / Brandon Lloyd / Amani Toomer Earnest Graham / Fred Taylor / LeRon McClain / Michael Pittman / Justin Fargas I have depth at RB but need a 3rd WR (we start 3 Wrs / 1 TE). I could also use a solid QB. I'm thinking of offering AD / Kitna for T.O. / P.Rivers. Given that he could use a stud RB. (What do you think?) My other option is to try to trade Michael Turner for 1st or 2nd tier receivers but so far no biters. (ex. M.Turner for Dwayne Bowe or Plax or Colston etc.) Any opinions? Thanks. BearBroncos
My personal opinion, I think it would be a sweet deal if you could get it. Loose a solid RB but gain one hell of a points getter in TO. Problem being, I think Kitna might get benched if he has another performance as against GB. Granted, the -3 points didn't hurt me and I actually love having a QB that has to come from behind week after week but I just don't see Kitna being part of the trade. Just my two cents. Ten Yard Guard
How many QBs do you start? If one, then the deal is fine, he gets the best player in the deal but you get a huge upgrade too. If it's 2 QBs...well, you may need to offer Schaub. But hey, the Lions are known as a pass-first team so it's worth a shot. One thing though, considering how weak his RB situation is you may also want to look into a deal with Turner. Might take too long to haggle out, but he's the guy I think you could get the most for without hurting your roster at all.

Also keep in mind that Boldin most likely will be out in week 5 if not later with a broken sinus cavity so he might be in a pickle in the WR position to.
