Skilly
Al Davis circa 1996 A very interesting article, I thought.
Savage Beatings
Wow... that's pretty bad. You'd think that the other partners who own the team would eventually step in a just end it with this cancer.

Savage Beatings
They can't, they are non-voting partners. There are ways to force someone out. Subtle ways. They could make him an offer that he simply can't refuse. Just ask Whomper.

You are implying his coffin is in the earth, as opposed to a back office in Oakland that has no windows...

McBoog
WOW! And you know it is even worse now! Until the Ice Cream Man (white jumpsuits) dies, and I don't wish this on anyone, that organizations will go nowhere. You could see it last week, even as a Bolt fan, I didn't panic because you could see the will and the spirit wearing down. just never felt like they would lose that game. In the past, you NEVER felt comfortable in a game with the Raiders, even with a solid lead. They always seemed to find a way to make it interesting. The Chargers were very complimentary of the Raiser D and felt they were the toughest they played in the first four games. They also said they were able to wear them down as the game progressed. That is a combination of the O not holding onto the ball (coaching) and lack of conditioning (discipline). It is kinda sad, because "hating" the Donkeys and Rat Face is just not as fun as "hating" the Raiders.
Randall
Bronco Billy must have found a way to replace Al with some kind of cyborg they control from the Denver front office.
