My first year in a Dynasty

As you can see in my signature this team needs some help. I'm really not sure where to start. This is a PPR league. We have a single practice squad player (M. Spaeth) which was picked from the NFL team that we represent, the player had to be drafted in the 3rd round or later. Next year we will upgrade to 4 practice squad players which can be from any team, not just our namesake. We will also add two more IDP players with backups. I'm currently getting my butt waxed pretty badly... 13th out of 16 and I'm losing tonight's game as you read this.

only advice i can pass along is to stay on top of the free agent market... there are always possibilities for solid players to come out each week. do you start 2 TEs and kickers? if not, you might want to dump the extra guy and just start snaggin some guys. at least you'll have the flexibility to then pick up people for bye fill ins or just grab breakout players each week... never know what you might fall onto.

good luck

I am definately watching the wire. We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 flex (WR/RB), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 IDP. I have to keep a backup at every position in order to have a legal roster. Any ideas on which players you think may be breakout players? I appreciate any advice.
