But with all the factors against Brees tonight (away game, cold and windy, at Chicago), do I still play him or play Thigpen who plays at home against a soft SD D? Any advice will be appreciated. Your decision is probably even harder than mine since you have a respectable backup. I'm gonna wait till the pregame on NFL network and see for myself how the conditions look. I had Brady and Moss who had carried me all year, and they had a combined 0 TDs against the Jets, because the weather was awful. It sure does make things interesting though.
