loaf
So I did a search to try to find out which one of you guys recommended Regina Spektor to me, but I can't find it so I'll pretend I discovered her.She was great as the musical guest on SNL a few weeks ago too. SNL Performance I LOVE her song Fidelity

Egret
She is? I must not have his latest album... She sings on "You Don't Know Me". It's not Ben's best album, but I like a few of the songs. When I saw him on tour last, he had Missy Higgins open up for him. She sang Regina Spektor's part of "You Don't Know Me" at the concert. AtomicCEO
Totally digging on Radiohead's In Rainbows and realizing what an amazing album it was. I don't know why I'm always at least a year behind on the uptake of Radiohead albums. I love that it takes him 25 seconds to sing his way through the line "You'll go to hell for what your dirty mind is thinking". That's like 1/8th of the whole song. hezagenius
Listening to a band called Hammers of Misfortune lately. Very cool band out of SF. Their latest double LP Fields/Church of Broken Glass blends together a lot of influences like prog, folk, and hard rock into a unique style. The new album by Rodrigo y Gabriela, 11:11, is also quite excellent.
