Flip_Side
I can take any QB in the league this week because all of my other positions aren't very high salaries. I see some good matchups but out of EVERY QB in the league I like Matt Cassel this week against 'Zona. Should I start him or other QB's like Brees, Manning, Warner, etc. Pick a QB and I can take them....Who you guys like?
jaguars72
no doubt The Brees man is the one. Against Detroit who gives up a ton of points as it is

vikinglion
I have both Brees and Cassell on my roster for the FINAL. It's a tough tough choice. It's just awfully hard to sit Brees. Also, Brees gets a dome, and Cassell gets New England winter. The downside is.... if New Orleans gets a big lead and just lets Brees hand off....nah...that won't happen. tazinib1
Matt Cassel should be in line for 340+ with at LEAST 2 scores. Call me crazy, but I think Chad Pennington is in line for a very good day as well. Edited December 18, 2008 by tazinib1
vikinglion
But.. you'd think... so should Brees.

Flip_Side
Man, looks like I should have taken Peyton.
BearBroncos
I have a bias here, but my speculation is that P. Thomas get 200+ yards on the ground and 30+ in the air with 3+ TD's. Won't be a Brees day. BTW, the team I'm playing in the superbowl has Brees starting and me starting P. Thomas so, yeah, I'm a tad biased and hopeful. vikinglion
So are we concerned that the weather in New England will hurt Cassell? Brees gets a dome. All weather being equal, ... I just go back and forth... Pierre COULD steal Brees' thunder. Or Brees could steal Pierre's thunder. Peyton Manning would have been a good pick, yes. But that's over. Who's it gonna be? It's between Favre, Cassel and Brees. So far I'm leaning towards Brees regardless of starting Pierre.
Company of Heroes
I wouldn't be so sure that the NOS game gets out of hand quickly, I think it will be reasonably competitive. NOS are much worse on the road, and DET should muster a big fight to avoid the perfect defeated season. I've seen others picking DET this week... Go Brees
vikinglion
Snow in New England, but not huge winds. Still leaning slightly to Brees over Cassell. Who is today's number one quarterback?????
